  • Same-day or rush delivery depends on product availability, location and order time.
  • Some cakes, fresh items and fragile gifts may require extra preparation time.

Delivery Confirmation

  • We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm address, recipient details and delivery timing.
  • Please keep the recipient reachable on delivery day to avoid delays.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unreachable recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.

Returns

  • Report damaged, incorrect or missing items as soon as possible after delivery.
  • Fresh, chilled, custom and perishable items are reviewed case by case because they cannot always be returned after acceptance.
  • Approved returns may be replaced, credited or refunded depending on the order issue.
